Ordered off this website over a week ago and nothing showed up I contacted them once then contacted them again for a refund but have still not responded so no refund was put in place.

At all times out of stock, they take the order and get back after a week saying sorry we have don’t have the item in stock - why take the order and payment if thats always the issue? They offer substitute and you end up with a product you don’t like.

600 crystal vapes last an hour, customer services don’t respond to you when emailed about the problem. I have spent a lot of money with this company but will take my money else where.

Made a purchase weeks ago and still not received it, I’ve had an order made after that and that’s been delivered, communication has been very poor, I’ve had loads of orders and never had a problem, put me off ordering in future

Never ordering from here again. Spent £25 on 2 disposable vapes and delivery and both of my vapes after opening them taste burnt and horrible. Gutted

I ordered two 3500 elux’s. I opened the first one it lasted me two days, it wouldn’t stop flashing and it started to heat up and smoke was coming out of it. I then opened the other one and within two days it had no flavour left. I know myself that usually one of these would last me just over a week and both have died within a week of having them I’m not satisfied at all.

Sorry these vapes have not much liquid in them at all. I usually have one per day and these are only lasting a few hours sadly.

I made an order last week and one of the vapes I bought is faulty. I contacted the team immediately about this and haven’t heard anything back. to pay for faulty products I can’t use and hear nothing from them is pretty disappointing and I won’t be buying from them again

Twice in last w months I had to cancel the order as they didn't have the product in stock even if the website was showing it is, waiting for refund is way over a week each time and getting a response from customer support is more than 24hrs each time even though they communicate through whatsapp and if they write to you and you reply instantly they will never reply back to you without keeping you wait for no reason... used to place orders regularly, now just looming for other place to put my money
