“There was a delay in receiving my order as one of the items I wanted was out of stock but I got my parcel in about a week and a half. Customer service was excellent in resolving my issue and my account was credited with 500 points to make up for the inconvenience.”

“Bought 4 vapes 1 arrived not working. I got no response to my enquiry for a refund although did get a like to leave a review! The 3 remaining items did not last nearly as long as expected on ELUX legend usually lasts me a week I’m getting around 5 days from the ones supplied. Poor customer service and un-impressed with the product.”
