“Ordered renovation plaster at a fair price and free delivery, which was on time. Snag was, it was to the wrong address, which caused me a lot of grief to pick it up. And it was left overnight outside. Luckily, it wasn't damaged and I'm using it today. I spoke with Susan Mawson at the company, and she was brilliant. Once again, the carrier was to blame, not the company. DIY Refurb need to get a new carrier, as episodes like this will damage their business. Then again, there's incompetence across the board!”

“Just to balance a previous positive review. Dispatch and delivery good. However after having problems with the high impact finishing plaster setting way to quickly (within 8 minutes of mixing) despite the product being in date, stored correctly before use and mixed as per bag instructions this company was of no help whatsoever. Stated that they didn't manufacture the product just sold it. I didn't buy from the manufacturer I bought it from them. They did offer to find out from the manufacturer if there was an issue with that particular batch but never heard from them again and now they are simply ignoring my communications. Queerly enough after I had to buy a replacement plaster from some somewhere else to get the job done in time. Not interested in buying this kind of product from them again if indeed anything. Trust is a thing.”
