“Easy ordering, and the delivery was quick and easy! When I’ve ordered things from b+q and Wickes if I miss one attempt at delivery they give up and don’t let me know about it but all my parcels from diy refurb arrived fine”

“Dreadful. Conflicting information from next to useless and badly trained staff for an order which did not arrive on time. CEO equally useless at managing the complaint and failed to secure my return as a customer. Toxic, ineffective, amateur company who I would not recommend to anyone.”

We are sorry that you remain dissatisfied with your experience. Your order was unfortunately delayed by one working day due to an unforeseen courier issue outside of our direct control. Throughout the process, our team provided updates based on the information available from the courier network at the time and we apologised for the inconvenience caused. Following your complaint, the matter was reviewed by senior management and each of the concerns raised — including delivery updates, communication, and your conversation with our Sales Manager — was responded to directly. We also offered a goodwill gesture despite the order subsequently being delivered successfully. Whilst we fully accept that the delay was frustrating, we do not accept the characterisation of our staff or company within this review. Our team remained professional and courteous throughout all communications and made genuine efforts to resolve the matter fairly and reasonably.
