“Recently came to get a groom for our dog Paddy by Mel I believe her name was! Been using Dofo’s for a while now and what they sell is good natural quality and I want only natural or as near as for our dog. The new branch was great ! Loved the warehouse set up and nice chilled relaxed vibe ! Within minutes of meeting Mel I new Paddy was in great hands, I could tell immediately the way Mel handled him she knew exactly what she was doing. It was his first ever proper groom as I do most of it at home apart from his nails but having a good bath / groom to get all his two coats of hair out was super. He smelt Devine and his coat felt great for days! Please pass on how thrilled we were. 😁🐶”

“Always receive a great service from Dofos but annoyed that delivery has went from being free to now £5.99! This is a really big jump especially when we order so frequently. It’s a shame but this may cause us to purchase elsewhere.”

“Warm and friendly welcome in store everytime. The store always have the stuff we are looking for and some fantastic alternative or new goodies for us to try for our puppy! Healthy, raw, wholefood food/treats for all animals.”

“Dofos is a great pet shop and staff are very friendly. I like to shop locally. My main criticism would be that there is a lack of mid-range cat food options in the Leith Walk store - most items stocked are premium/high-end in price. I would be more likely to shop at Dofos more often if there were some more affordable options available too. At present I only shop there as an occasional treat for my pet when funds allow it.”

“Would have been 5 stars but not impressed with DPD. Desperate for next day delivery from Dofos which it was if the courier had bothered to get out of his van and use the gate keypad, I have cctv so could see. I then had an email to go and pick it up from a store where I live but they couldnt find my parcel, I got it 15mins later. I’m not young so wasn’t happy I had to drive to the store, find somewhere to park wait 15 mins then carry 12 cans of dog food to my car. Not impressed. Hopefully my next order will be a better experience as everything else was 5 star”

“While not always the cheapest, shopping at Dofos is usually a fun experience. The dog food is good quality and our Juno is always grateful for a doggy treat when he is with me.”
