“I would usually give you 5-stars but since moving over to a DPD delivery service it hasn't been the same. Previously deliveries were next day, they are still currently billed as 'next day delivery but it takes a minimum of two days and last month, three days. This time after ordering at 09:45 on Wednesday morning the food arrived on Friday at 16:00. The Forthglad box had been dropped somewhere down the line and one of the pouches had split open and rotted, it absolutely stank. I had to drive down to the Leith store (which negates the entire delivery process) to exchange the box. To your credit it was exchanged without much fuss, however no attempt was made at an apology - I voiced my concern too about the new delivery times and again nothing was really explained other than 'DPD are suffering with covid sickness') You guys have always been great, however, I will think twice about ordering from you next time and even explore other options.”

“We ordered two bags of cat litter and, somewhat confusingly, the website initially gave us the option of picking them up on a Sunday (when all of the Dofos store locations are shut). We selected Monday as the collection date, but didn't get around to picking up the order until Tuesday... which, it turned out, hadn't arrived in store yet. We don't live particularly close to Dofos, so that was frustrating, but we did receive an email the following day to let us know it was ready to be picked up.”

“Delivery is normally pretty perfect however my recent raw delivery arrived via DPD, the food was starting to thaw, they were not wasted but packs were wet and a few going a little soft.. At the edges.. I can only assume at being delivered in the evening meant it had been in the van most of the day…”

“My first order. Our puppy was pleased with the natural treats. The contents of the order were not correct. When I queried this with Dofos they apologised stating it was a picking error but the value of the goods sent were the same. I was surprised and disappointed by this expecting them to send the goods ordered.”
