“Poor service Drive Ingleby Barwick. My disabled sister wanted to buy car but no callbacks as promised. Arrogant disinterested staff don't deserve a sale and didn't get one”
“Vauxhall cribbs causeway had my car in through an insurance approved garage after being involved in a car crash. Vauxhall did a great job on the body repairs. Unfortunately five minutes after the car was dropped home to me the car the engine light came on, vauxhall had it back and returned it with the light off the same day and shared no information or report as to why the engine light was on. A month later the engine light is back on and they had it back on the same day for a second time and said the engine has three misfires which they were aware of when they first had it back in a month ago. I have been driving around for one month unaware of this. After having it in for a second time vauxhall said they couldn’t carry out the work until I can prove the engine light came on whilst with them/from the impact of the car crash. This is very odd as the insurance had agreed for vauxhall to carry out the work. Appalling customer service and I am now left to investigate this independently. I have had the car for two years, it has 21000 miles on it and the engine light has never been on prior to the car crash. I have full service and MOT history.”
“I was contacted some time ago advising me that my 1st mot was due on the 28th December 2024, which was then booked in for the 27th of December along with a full service as was apparently due in February 2025.]
On arriving at drive on the 27th I had pre booked a curtesy electric car for £19.99 but when it was brought out to me I was asked how far I have to go as it only had 70 miles on the range due to not being charged. This is unacceptable and I would like the cost reimbursed.for not paying for what was organised.
Then I received a call from Harry approx 2 hours later stating that they can’t do my mot as it won’t fit on there ramp! Again totally unexceptsable and this left my van without a mot, then which I had to organise with another garage to carry out.
My van has just done 24000 miles and has just turned 3 years old, when It was called in for a recall by the same garage I was informed the service needed doing every 10000 miles, hence why it was then booked in for a service at 12000 miles and 1 year old. Now they state its 25000 miles and every 2 year which I totally feel they have been dishonest and charged me for the 1st service when it was needed, leaving my van out of sync on the service scheduals. Again I would like the cost of the service reimbursed in full and compensation. My van will not be going back to a drive Vauxhall dealership in the future nor will my partners car. I I will also not be purchasing anymore vehicles from yourself and will look at taking this further if not felt with promptly.”
“Was booked in for 1st mot and 2nd service on my vivaro van. I pre booked a courtesy car which was elecrric, which when handed to me was asked hiw far am I going as it had lest than 70mile range on it.
Received a call while at home saying my van is to big for there ramp and where they usually take them to get the mot, they are not answering the phone.. very disappointed and won't be buying any more vehicles from here. I was also told I need a service on my van every 10000 miles on my van when it was recalled before the last saervice which was done at 12000 miles, now they say it's due every 20000 miles, make your minds up. Will be taking this further to head office as I feel let down and ripped off.”

Still on finance through Vauxhall finance, apparently they won't help as we had it serviced, not by themselves so its "tough" basically.
Spoke with a guy Chris, rude chap, and Jeff Parkin, just a puppet for a big company.

“The drive at North Bristol is a trap to anyone. Beware of their services condition and warranty. They held me by the throat to sign before I could get my car repair which was still under warranty. Extremely callous.
He blocked all opportunity for me to get help. My heart bled when he was talking to me.”

“I don't trust Vauxhall dealer as my Crossland( only brought one month previous) was collected from home, to check brake pads as I believed they are below the safety margin ,it was delivered back to me, they said 60% worn so went to halford to have a break service, only to find front and rear pads worn below safety margin and the disc were scored and badly worn, contacted VAUXHALL who said I should take them to Aldershot branch for them to check, whats the point when I did this and was turned away twice saying nothing wrong with brakes, I value my life and safety so had them done at Halfords now Vauxhall Aldershot are not interested, I am fuming and out of pocket £420 for a car I brought from them and took back a few weeks later to ask them to check the brakes and they didn't want to know. Beware!”

“dishonest, unscrupulous and shady. Don’t bother complaining/raising issues: closed ranks, gaslighting, no customer service. Faults identified before sale and had to argue for each to be rectified. Calls/emails pressuring me to complete sale and pay before these were resolved. They said the issues were dealt with bar one, felt no choice but to take the car whilst part “on order”. Assured they'd contact me when this in. No contact. After a few months I chased, spent considerable time trying to get someone to action-hung up on, told understanding was incorrect etc etc. Then advised there was no fault (AA disagree). Advised the part available and not on order so I must be mistaken! From point of purchase screen flickering, now blank. As I was under the impression that they would be calling me I waited: thinking I could get this sorted when they contacted me to resolve the outstanding issue: now to get told it’s been too long. Once they’ve got your money they don’t care. Please avoid.”
“Just a quick reminder to all not to travel any distance to these garages as there in house warranty is totally useless.
It was more cost effective to pay for my repairs myself than a couple of 300 miles round trips and a few days off work.
I had to have the front suspension replaced.
Then they have the audacity to email me and call me to see if I wanted to take my vehicle in for a service and Mot. I obviously declined there offer
I will never go near Drive Vauxhall again”
“I recently brought a Skoda CitiGo from your aldershot branch in May 2022.
For which I would advise TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BUY A CAR.
I am still awaiting for the manager to contact me regarding this due to being mis-sold a DANGEROUS car which as collided now into 2 cars due to the handbrake failing for which ALDERSHOT knows about but are refusing to help. Also being pulled over by the poilce for the failed headlight which doesnt work as it should. So after 3 months of chasing and being shut off continously. I will be WRITING THIS ON EVERYTHING TO ALLOW PEOPLE NOT TO GO AND GET A CAR FROM YOU.
