One of the great advantages of our capsules is that you can break them open and add them to your food and drink, and it doesn’t affect the efficacy of your supplements. The supplements in our range that we don’t advise this for are our pre and probiotic, Gut Works®, Skin Saviour®, HeartPro®, pH Hero®, Women's ProMulti, Men's ProMulti and GastroAid which are better taken on an empty stomach up to 20 minutes before or after a hot meal.
