Good afternoon Sadie, We are glad that you found the website easy to navigate and order from. We can see that your order was placed on the 3rd of January and delivered on the 6th of January. We do ask that customers allow 2-4 working days for deliveries. We are sorry the box was not able to be delivered through your letterbox. Our boxes with three pouches should fit through and are specifically designed to be delivered without having to be home.
