“Used e-outdoor a few times and service good. Sadly, this time, delivery screwed/delayed by virtue of Royal Mail strikes. However, easy to contact company and all eventually sorted with late arrival of item.”
“I had a great experience buying from e-outdoor. delivery was quick. Unfortunately the shoes i had ordered were not the kind i had thought. (I wanted waterproof Merrell's but had ordered lightweight porous ones instead!) this was due to my mistake however and when i phone about a return the e-outdoors staff member was very friendly and helpful. I returned the goods and received a full refund very quickly also. I would certainly shop in the future with e-outdoor as they do offer good prices too.”
“Bought a great Jacket at a great price - Montaine Gortex Jacket . Some retailers are still marketing it at full prices , others had it reduced but not to this price . I was kept updated re my order by email and received the Jacket as promised despite postal strike . First order with this company and I would recommend and use again . They have a good range of products .”
“The jacket arrived very quickly, I returned it because, sadly, it didn’t fit . The return was processed and my account credited very promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.”
