“I have had a good experience with e-outdoors, placed a few orders, arrived really fast and the 1 item I needed to return, they paid for the postage and refunded me quickly..Sadly they use this "trustpilot" which is basically A LIE, they offer subscriptions to retailers which allows for a percentage of bad reviews to be removed, in most cases they LIE and remove under the "does not meet our guidelines etc", as a former retailer myself I would swear on all 3 of my grandchildren lives I am telling the truth having seen the details of subscription and the removal percentage for bad reviews for myself....TRUSTPILOT IS A LIE AND IS NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF THE GOOD AND BAD SERVICE PROVIDED BY A RETAILER...IGNORE TRUSTPILOT.”
“I really did my homework before purchasing this coat! I read numerous reviews and visited my local North Face shop to try it on. It is extremely well made. I particularly like the tight elasticated cuffs on the sleeves which not only make it feel very comfortable but keeps the draft out and prevents rain trickling down your sleeve when raising your arms. I loved the fact the logo was in the same colour of the coat. To be honest I'd always steered clear of The North Face as I personally don't like the white logo but as its in the same colour as the coat it ticked the box for me. I had the urban navy and the lining in green is fab. I would like the coat to be slightly more tapered in at the bottom as it does seem a bit flared out but I am still very happy with it. When I bought this coat it was for sale at The North Face shop for £350 and I got it for £209 at eOutdoor!”
