I had a message to say it would be delivered soon; no time slot. It arrived when I was out (11.59 am) on Friday 1st July, and stated it was at my local post office. (Parcel Force). I went to the post office that afternoon (Friday 1/7)but it was not there I went down at 9am on Saturday 2/7 morning but it was not there. I was told it would now be Monday which took it outside the expected delivery schedule. I asked the counter assistant to contact Parcel Force in Shrewsbury. I was contacted by Royal Mail and given a two hour time slot for Monday 4th July. I would be reluctant to use this company again, purely on the delivery problems.”
