There is only one word you could describe them: fraud! Why are such religious people so disgusting regarding freehold, leasehold and managing agency? We are applying to the right to manage to take control of fake / fraudulent jobs they have done/ charged us over the years. Next, get freehold. stay away, please

They charged £2,450 in 2019 for painting front house. The work never carried out. Now, they said the works finished end of 2019. Cleaning gutters £140 - never cleaned. Windows cleaning £125 - the cleaner cleaning only one window at front, not long enough the hose to the back of house .

This company should be investigated for fraud and racketeering. I do not know how they sleep at night extorting money out of flat owners the way they do. The only option I think is to come together to stop them from further ruining peoples lives. Join Eagerstates / Assethold / Triplerose / Y&Y / Avon Support Group on facebook for support

Unfortunately, you're not going to escape management charges if you buy a leasehold property. Eagerstates have been prompt at replies & sorting any issues that concerned me.

if I could give 0 stars then I would- this company is the reason I am now selling my property due to the lack of professionalism and extortionate amount of money they try to steal from you. I am trying to find out how I can raise a complaint via any form of official service- please can anyone let me know?

Absolute bunch of crooks, Eagerstates, Assethold Limited, Ronni Gurvits... it's a lot of names all for the same person. All they do is rack up huge bills for work that is not needed. They are a total scam of a company and need to be investigated, I have reported them and I suggest everyone else does do too.

Eagerstates Limited and Assethold Ltd These two companies are not landlords or managing agents as they do not do anything to manage their properties or tenants in any way other than simply try to unlawfully extract as much money as possible from them. They are crooks and thieves. They make up fees, charges, dummy invoices and falsify figures to steal from their tenants. They also illegally block any RTM applications so that they can keep on stealing from tenants. From the hundreds of reviews on many websites they are doing all this on a massive scale. We all know that the very few positive reviews have been submitted by themselves They need to be struck off and banned off by the authorities. Perhaps if everyone reading this writes to their MP and the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities they will hopefully do something to investigate them and strike them off. Or even arrested for criminality and theft Here is their address: 2 Marsham St, London SW1P 4DF

Absolutely superb to deal with. Have been managing our leasehold property for the last six years and are completely trustworthy. Attention to detail and efficient. Thanks Ronni.

criminal organisation used to steal money. i bought a lease that was managed by a company called JAR, 6 months later the freeholder (assethold) decided to move managment to eagerstates, at which point service charges started to go up astronomically while at the same time service depleated. they will do work that is not required for huge sums of money. they will also attempt to put in section 20's to try to get work done that is over the £250 per flat, well worth getting an solicitor to produce observations on the section 20's to get them to back down from the work. getting rid of eagerstates takes forever. we are still ongoing the RTM process, because they are delaying the process. i've lost too much of my life arguing with ronni, if there was any real justice they would be shut down for good.

I would not even rate them a 1, they are unprofessional, fail to return phone calls, never respond to emails, constantly add unnecessary works to the service charges at extortionate prices. Money making rip off sharks.. this should be regulated and these types of managment and freehold companies closed down if they cannot act professionally.

Please avoid at all costs. The owners Esther and Ronni Gurvitz make up work that needs doing on their properties and then go about hiring cheap shoddy labourers to deliver work that will need doing again and again. Escalating service charges and general lack of human decency and customer service.

Terrible customer service and use unreliable contractors meaning our lifts and doors are constantly breaking after being ‘fixed’ this has then caused problems with non-residents entering our building and associated anti-social behaviour. They even re-used an email I wrote to send a notice to residents about issues with waste. I hate to think what will happen when the service charge is calculated at the end of the year when we are charged for their incompetency.

I moved home to a smaller property , just to have less stress in my life , all was good until these crooks took over , and mad life hell ...they are relentless, I must had paid £7,000 in two years and all I had to show was a small fire alarm, that looked like it was from a pound shop ..they are rude and all they want is just your money !!! My flat rent before was approx £600 a year mantaince, when these robbers came in it went up to £10,000 a year , for a small one bed flat , no garden ...no wonder they have a wealth of £20 million ...how they sleep at at night is a mystery...they ruin your mental health, in the days where it is very serious, they don't care, you have one day to live , again they would not care ...All they care about is taking your hard earn money and making you ill, it's about time this was exposed on TV and they are thrown in jail ...Ronni had to charge £750 just for a cheap lock which took two mins to fit , and went rusty two days later , these are the Krays without the charm

Before buying a leasehold property, just ask if the service company is Eagerstates and if it is, don't buy that property. These guys are so far away from moral values, they do each and every trick to steal your money, threaten you with every possible way they can, these guys are just modern robbers. For those who don't believe, it is free to try but expensive to get rid of them, it is your choice.

Avoid like the plague. Horrendous and immoral company with terrible service. Impossible to get a response from and will overcharge for everything. They will use every loophole possible to fleece as much money as possible

Crooks who have been exploiting every trick in the broken leasehold system to line their slimey pockets. Tried to forfeit numerous leases in the building using incredibly unethical and underhand tactics. Numerous companies in bed with them, surveyors, insurance brokers, cleaners, electricians, all part of a massively corrupt overcharging racket. It took 4 years to wrestle the freehold off of them, leaving my mental health in ruin as well as £20k in debt to get rid of them. Avoid at all costs.
