I want refund, I don’t want second hand items. i’ve ordered sunglasses that came scratches on the glass and on the frame! And noone is responding at emails,messages and calling. I will have to contact OLAF for scam. P.S. glasses doesn’t look genuine, hugo boss model 0994/fs doesn’t have polarized glasses

E-GB21-3106938 Orderd a pair of glasses and it came something else ! Nothing like the picture ! They play wih people’s money ! Phone number not working ! I wrote 10000 emails and no one answered ,I return the sunglasses and i am still waiting for a refund! Never again!

Sunglass hinges fell off after barely 3 weeks carefully handling. No response to emails or telephone call in Stockholm. Not trustworthy and no repeat orders is the result. Shame that some businesses still keep growing by one time customers!

The customer service doesn't exist. No answer to the phone and to the emails sent. Maybe they read the reviews before I get angry: I want to return the sunglasses order E-PT21-2892768. Can you answer to my Email?

Terrible customer service and still waiting for my frames. Bought a pair on the 10th March and they had been shipped out, then mid tracking the delivery was cancelled and after multiple messages and email I still have no update on my new frames and I am still awaiting a refund or any additional correspondence.

This is an awful company to deal with! My glasses did not arrive, I tried calling them many times but they don't answer, the one time I actually got through and spoke to someone they promised to investigate and get back to me - they never did! I emailed them and they don't reply. Avoid this company and avoid headaches! You have been warned!

Scam. I placed an order and paid by credit card. They contacted me the following day to say they had not been able to charge my card. However, my credit card activity clearly shows the transaction. Additionally, they suggested I pay by bank transfer or cash card instead. I don't think any reputable or trustworthy company would do this. I tried to contact them by email and by phone but they did not respond. I now have to resolve this with my bank

ORDER NO E-US20-2273870......I PLACED THE ORDER ON 20TH MAY...SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS WERE NOT RESPONDED BY THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY...NO REFUND OF USD 353....DHL TRACKING SHOWS PARCEL STUCK AT FRANKFURT SINCE 20TH JUNE....DHL CLAIMS THEY HAVE NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING...ONLY AN INTIMATION FOR THE PARCEL PICK UP NEVER THE PARCEL ITSELF...

5 weeks still no product. They don’t reply to emails, I wouldn’t be surprised if they were a scam because I can’t see a business being successful if they carry on like this.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! After purchasing sunglasses totaling £1023.25 and receiving a 'successful order' confirmation, the following day I received another email the next day from Edel claiming my credit card had been declined. Despite my then sending Edel my on line credit card statement clearly stating the transaction was quote "Approved" they still maintained they had not been paid. My bank confirmed Edel had definitely been paid, yet once again Edel falsely claimed they had not been paid. Edel then emailed me to say they had refunded my credit card and cancelled the order. How can they refund a payment they claim was not made? Totally incompetent. Don't waste your time guys, order elsewhere. (I have no doubt Edel will post a reply still falsely claiming they hadn't received the payment. Trust me they had and were sent black & white proof. The fact they continued arguing after receiving this positive proof just about says it all).
