Our certified optometrist confirmed that the breakage was due to a manufacturing defect, not misuse or external force.\r\n\r\nDespite providing a confirmation letter from the optometrist, Edel-Optics refused to honor the warranty, claiming without evidence that the defect was caused by mishandling.
