“Les délais de livraison sont de plus en plus mauvais et posent de gros problèmes de planification des interventions de maintenance. Pourquoi attendez-vous plusieurs jours pour expédier une commande quand toutes les références sont disponibles ??? Le service aux clients est de plus en plus de mauvaise qualité !”

“Guter Aufbau - schneller Zugriff. Sehr zügige Lieferung. Bei Verzögerungen der Lieferungen bekommt man als Kunde immer wieder Nachrichten, bzw. Mitteilungen wann mit der Lieferung zu rechnen ist.”

“Bonjour, J'ai mis la note de 3 sur 5 car je trouve que les frais de port sont très chères. Et que le delai des pièces COMPAIR devient de plus en plus long sur des kits filtres, séparateurs et régulations sans avoir de dâtes des délais.
