“Personnel sympathique qui essaie de palier aux difficultés de réapprovisionnement de marchandises. Trop souvent les références proposées ne sont pas en stock lorsque nous commandons, ce qui entraine un rallongement des délais de livraisons déjà très longs.”

“Information is slow in coming back Orders are not always sent correct. I am battling with our stores to stay with yourselves rather going back to using MFE or ACE in the UK.”

“Les délais de livraison sont de plus en plus mauvais et posent de gros problèmes de planification des interventions de maintenance. Pourquoi attendez-vous plusieurs jours pour expédier une commande quand toutes les références sont disponibles ??? Le service aux clients est de plus en plus de mauvaise qualité !”
