“Service is good but, pricing on OEM have to be more competitor against other re-sellers (not distributors). your prices are atleast 10-15% higher. Need to do better.”

“Antworten auf Anfragen per Email dauern zu lange. Z.B habe ich am 07.12.22 die Information benötigt, ob bei einem Separator Dichtungen dabei sind. Ich habe bis heute keine Antwort. Wenn die Teile über die Webseite betellt werden können, ist die Lieferzeit in Ordnung.”

“Bonjour, J'ai mis la note de 3 sur 5 car je trouve que les frais de port sont très chères. Et que le delai des pièces COMPAIR devient de plus en plus long sur des kits filtres, séparateurs et régulations sans avoir de dâtes des délais. Peux etre pouvez vous ameliorer cela dans le mois à venir ? Cordialement. Cédric GIRARD”
