“I have used your paints before and always had an issue of some kind. The waterbased eggshell I used to hand paint a couple of library units dried streaky. I had to give the units a couple of extra coats in order to get the colour more uniform but I am still not 100% happy with the finish. I have been painting furniture for over 20 years and I have nothing against natural products but they must be fit for purpose.”

Dear Robert, We are sorry to read this news - this is certainly not the performance we are used to! We would recommend sanding the unit first, to get a good key, 2 coats on top should be sufficient. Water based products can struggle on top of and oil based products underneath, we would be delighted to discuss this to help achieve the correct result? “One of the staff messed up or forgot my order of samples. Which I had to follow up , she said I would be given a free one in the future but that is forgotten . She did admit her negligence but it didn't give your company a good start off for me.”

“Like some others have said here, gorgeous colours but exceedingly poor endurance. To begin with the consultant was wonderful over the phone and email- suggesting colours for particular rooms and to match other paint companies. I also talked with the spokesperson over the phone to insure I selected the right paint for our kitchen cupboards and wood work as well. Then purchased the primer and paint directly and talked extensively with the decorator (who paints for high end kitchen suppliers) about the instructions. We loved the colour but within 6 months the paint had turned sticky and come off in multiple places, particularly anywhere with handles that get frequently used despite only ever using water to wipe down dirt. It also gets dirty looking and sticky where ever hands touch the paint. And it chipped off in other random places. This was with brand new cabinets. Similarly, the paint on the walls and doors have come off in many places, particularly if you try to wipe it, despite being on new plaster in many places. And painted on their primers. I tried contacting the company and never received a reply. Extremely disappointed considering the time and effort and cost. We can’t afford to do it all again. Will never ever use again and warn everyone considering it.”
