My generator never worked properly after it was installed until I hired E F Winslow to take over service now it runs great Just wish I purchased it from them in the first place

Our service date was cancelled/delayed at the last minute after work schedules had been rearranged. While the service provider was very kind and did a great job cleaning our wall units, he clearly did not have experience taking apart the ceiling unit. Because of the inexperience, it was still visibly very moldy after he put it back together. He then had to redo the whole process adding significantly to the labor costs. There is still visible mold in that unit. I am waiting for a call back about the labor cost/remaining mold.

We lost our AC during a heat wave and as a longtime customer with health issues they found a way to send someone out on a weekend. He identified the problem and fixed it within 1/2 hour.

Ryan, the service technician was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and was very professional, troubleshooting what was causing the problem with one of the High Vac Mini Split units. He was also extremely knowledgeable, answering questions about maintenance in the overall use of the system. He made very very good use of time and cleaned all of the units neatly and effectively.

I am not sure what work order this is ref too, a work order number does not help me, sorry, maybe date of service or detail of what you are asking me to rate you on. If it's for the situation with my AC draw, i prob won't give you a good review.

the tech was on time, courteous and did the work that needed to be done the questions below regarding delivery are not relevant I called this morning asked for the hourly rate that Winslow charges. please text me the answer at 508-085-9728

Andrea was able to have a plumber come to check my Bosch boiler which just stopped working. It was put in just three years ago. The first plumber said he needed to order the internal water pump as it was short circuiting the fuse. I had not heard in a few days so when I called, Andrea explained she had left a message the previous Thursday on my house phone. I normally only use my cell so did not check it till Monday. When I called Andrea she was unaware I was still without hot water and said a plumber would be here next day. He did not call by 4:30 so I called and spoke with someone else who said she was definitely sending me someone in the morning. Richard House was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and respectful. He showed me what had happened to the Tankless heater as well, leaking and rusted, from a defective temperature gauge that was put in when installed, running constantly!!! I asked if he could fix everything and he called his boss who brought what he needed to ensure all was fixed properly, not running constantly, and running the way it should have been running since first installed! I can’t say enough about the plumbers, electricians, and office personnel. Just five star service all around!!! I highly recommend this company, it’s owner truly cares for the customers and employees!

You are doing something right! Every person I've met from Winslow has been professional, courteous, and diligent. Every job has been done to the highest standards of professionalism. They work quickly, accurately, and leave the job site spotless. I can tell the town inspectors feel the same way based on our conversation during inspection. Thank you!
