I thought all went well with the physical replacement of a bathroom faucet. However, I was very disappointed in the fact that I was not given an estimate of what to expect this service to cost. After receipt of the bill, I called billing, with the sole purpose of expressing my disappointment with not having received an estimate. My call was met with an assumption that I was calling to dispute the bill (which I was NOT). I had to explain TWICE, that the purpose of my call was to provide FEEDBACK. Disappointing.

Once the tech was able to come to our house, the problem was quickly diagnosed and fix with a quick refrigerant boost. The downside was the wait. The estimated eait time between my A/C going kaput and the first available tech was a week- and this was considered to be the Emergency List. Sadly, the initial wait time was met, so I had to deal with a disappointed tenant for a week.

Agent came when they said he would. Courteous, advised me to have the well company come because the problem was with the well tank. He was right. I will continue to use your services as needed.

Requested service due to a clogged drain. Rob called and arrived in the time window that was indicated. He conferred with me and assessed the problem. He then proceeded to address the problem keeping me informed as to what actions he was taking. The problem was resolved and Rob advised that though all piping was up to standards, if the problem occurred again he had filed notes as to a remedial action that may be taken to forestall future problems if it again becomes necessary. Rob was polite and professional.

Yes, Winslow installed our central air the installers told us to change the filters once a year it was three of them two in the returns, and one in the main unit in the basement didn’t tell us to replace any filter in the attic. This summer we weren’t getting sufficient airflow in our bedrooms technicians told us we didn’t need filters in the returns and took them out that solve the problem. Nevertheless, we were charged for a service call following the instructions of your company so it doesn’t make us happy.

The young man that came out was very nice. He explained everything. I was surprised to get the bill. I was quoted $179 and it was for $224. All he did was take a few pictures. He did say one rod was was a bit out of the ground and took about three swings of a mallet to sink it into the ground. He was probably there 20 minutes.

AC was on the fritz, EF Winslow arrived at the front of the appointment window, trouble-shot the issue, hit a quick service and Voila - we are up and running with Winslow.

I was able the communicate over the phone to help resolve an issue with my generator. The invoice I received for work that was done on a related generator matter did not reflect the that I was charged for a yearly service call. The charge was explained later when I made a call to EF Winslow.
