Had great fun and the activities were not overly complex.

A great set of events to help keep spirits up and teams connected during lockdown. Especially appreciated the flexible and creative approach. Many thanks, Adele

The afternoon with EML was a great break from the normal working day and we were all having fun, and I don't think I have laughed so much in a long time. The set up felt a bit old fashioned, in a homey lovely way- and the games/challenges were as the Americans say "good, clean fun". Ruth and Jon were great, and cheered us on and I think we all learned a bit more about our colleagues. A great way to spend an afternoon!

Hi - whilst the event itself was pretty good, the teams groups set up fell apart on the day. I ended up not with my group in the main room and feedback from those who couldn’t find a room meant many disengaged and dialled out of the event. Shame :-(

Hi Sarah, Thank you for feeding back and I'm sorry you did not have a great experience on the event. On the day your employer had hoped there would be circa 480 guests, in 45 teams, which had been set in geographical location (by postcode) of the individuals. On the day we had 92 guests in total which meant many allocated rooms were just not viable, so we quickly had to identify some groups which would work and instruct those people to move - the issue then of course being we had been supplied 691 email address of potential attendees...an almost impossible task given the total event duration was 1 hour. Had we instructed you to go into your pre allocated teams you would most likely have been in a room on your own, or at most 2 other people. You are of course correct it was a shame as an awful lot of work went into creating the teams and setting up the infrastructure. As you say the event itself was good and well received by those who attended. Of the 88 guests who logged onto the session at the beginning, we actually finished with 92 as we had a few late joiners. We saw no sign of guests ‘disengaged and dialed out of the event’ though...

Slight confusion at the beginning with joining a Team but most enjoyable and very good-natured.

It was fun, although you don't really get an opportunity to speak with anyone else as so many were on the call.

Hi Team Thought the team were very engaging the support from Jon and the team was amazing. Our organizing of the size of event was complex and i think in hindsight we should of planned it differently as the technical size of things on the night was difficult for alot of people. Overall though great experience, thank you again.

I really enjoyed the exercise and was honestly quite surprised at just how engaged with the activity I became. Not that the results bear this out. The event pre-organisation was still a bit confusing for some. I'm afraid, despite people being very well acquainted with using teams, I guess some people are not that familiar with being part of a teams group in different organisations. Thank you Richard

I enjoyed the activity though I would have preferred the artist to do a live demonstration, so more opportunity for engagement - though understand the situation we are in with having to do it virtually. When we played the video several times sound was lost so sometimes quite difficult to follow. Would have be better to start with the male superhero as this was easier to draw and would have given people some experience (and motivation) before tackling the more difficult female character There was a lot difficulty getting into the correct Teams group - I wasn't able to get into my allocated breakout team (had a padlock symbol) so this caused quite a lot of confusion for many people and delay in getting started.

Honest Opinion. I understand the thinking behind the Teambuilding. However I found it didn't as well work for me being a virtual, (understanding there is a Pandemic and geographics).I only knew a few people and found it hard to get involved. No kids in my house to get involved. When you meet physically you get a better feel for the people and its easier to chat with individuals you don't know. Sitting around a table watching people scribbling and rubbing out having a little skit is great. On the plus side I sent the drawings to a few of my colleagues and we had a good laugh this morning..so not all lost.

Once logged in, it was a good event, and seeing the output shows that plenty were involved. However the whole login process wasn't straightforward - and this was for bunch of people who use Teams everyday. Some people were in the breakout rooms and some weren't, which as a group facilitator got confusing.

The event itself was great and good fun. For me the point that let it down was the understanding of how everyone should log in and get to their rooms

Hi Guys, the team building was a great success as everyone who was on got involved and really enjoyed it. However, I heard from other colleagues that they could not get on. That may need to be looked at going frward but for enjoyment, it was great fun

Hi there, It was a little difficult to join - it was also my first call so wasn't sure what to expect. Everyone seemed very good natured and willing to chat

Suprisingly lots of fun, even with a total lack of any artistic skills!

A nice session but everyone hunched over, concentrating on their drawing didn't really feel like the best way to inspire team building.
