The company collects fees without providing invoices, and when stopping the service, they will block the customer's website to force the customer to continue. That's hooligan!!!
They charged my service for 6 months and continued to charge me every month until the 13th month.
When I discovered it and sent an email 30 days in advance asking to stop, they blocked the Webside. (This is the Webside I already have.) If you want them to serve you, I advise you to ask them to provide a contract and return your Webside access rights after stopping service, or better, do not do business with this company because it is ineffective and will waste money. (I have informed thousands of hair and nail salon owners across the United States about this company on all social networking sites to avoid being deceived by Engage company.)”
