They charged my service for 6 months and continued to charge me every month until the 13th month.
When I discovered it and sent an email 30 days in advance asking to stop, they blocked the Webside. (This is the Webside I already have.) If you want them to serve you, I advise you to ask them to provide a contract and return your Webside access rights after stopping service, or better, do not do business with this company because it is ineffective and will waste money. (I have informed thousands of hair and nail salon owners across the United States about this company on all social networking sites to avoid being deceived by Engage company.)”

“Engage deserves 0/5 stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was a client of thiers for 2 years. They said I owned the domain but it would be easier to register it in thier name. Come to find out they have full control over it and its not in my name but thiers. When I decided to leave nobody would call me back after several phone messages left. Finally a text message saying I needed to pay for an extra month to keep the website live so I dont lose any rankings. After 2 years I still didnt show up on google search. So I said no. They said I had to pay them for the extra month I didnt need even though I let them know before my next bill was due. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!”
“They are only decent (at best) if you are actively their customer. If you want to explore other options watch out. First they will hold your site hostage trying to keep you their customer. They will try scare tactics. Then when that doesn't work they will tell you that you need to pay another month for them to transfer the site to the new company. I requested a cancel and transfer 6/30. As of today 8/10 the company I switched to is scrambling trying to fix the mess engage left them. They took my site down, my email is not working, and engage is no help. This is the most shady interaction I have ever had with a website company. 0/5 do not recommend. They do not make great websites, the SEO I paid for didn’t change over the course of the time I worked with them, and when I decided to switch companies to see if there was a difference they were awful to deal with.”
