“EF is one of my two favourite online retailers - Carrie and Michael have a fantastic range of products, and customer service is lovely. Delivery is always fast and orders are packaged securely, meaning everything arrives safely. It is an absolute pleasure to order from Carrie and Michael - I am so pleased I found this store!”

“I had a small issue with the package arriving but not in my letterbox for several days after it was stated it had been delivered. I emailed Michael and he sent an immediate reply, even emailing after hours to assist. I was very impressed, was not expecting a reply to my email till the next morning. Great service and follow up. Greatly appreciated.”
