“I like to buy local or ftom an ustralian business , even if I have to pay more . What I like most about your site it promotes new items /tools. That is why I bought the tube maker I purchased recently. Maybe a rewards program would be good for returning customers.”

“The heat and bond featherlight was packed badly so that the iron-on surface material stuck together, it made much of it unusable. It would have been better if the protective paper had been placed between the two sticky surfaces instead of on the outer wax paper. Other items enclosed were fine.”

“Good prompt service. The one thing that was disappointing was the unit of measurement for purchasing that I found was confusingly represented and not very well articulated on the website. Consequently for one item, I under-ordered and left myself with a shortfall in material.”
