“Very fast delivery however no copy of receipt or business card in the package also no mention of why not the whole order was included and why I got a part refund? I can only assume you were out, however I think confirmation of that is required.”

Hi Linda Thanks for bringing your concern to our attention. This is an eBay order and as such eBay do not like us sending business card or Invoices to their customers. We can in fact be delisted for this. In respect of the missing product we have looked at the eBay order placed and the Folded Corner Clipping Tool was sent to you under eParcel consignment. Can you please clarify what product was missing from the order as we are unable to see it on the eBay site. If you let us know we will certainly investigate the matter further and see if we can resolve it for you.

“While I was initially disappointed that only half of my sewing clips were sent I was very impressed that once I notified the company the rest of the clips were sent immediately. Thank you”

“I couldn't find the bag clasps that and bought, in the big. I had to bash the box around to see if they were in there, couldn't even see or hear them rattle. Maybe tape small packets like that to one of the larger items in the long dark box? I nearly threw the box out, but gave it a thumping ad shaking, and they plopped out.”

“Completing purchase on line was simple, package arrived promptly. Only thing different I would suggest is to have an option of not signing on delivery. Fortunately I heard my posty at my letterbox and went out to get package. Otherwise I think it would have gone to post office for me to collect.”
