“Carrie really helped me sorting out an issue with a pair of very heavy Kai pinking shears (I bought an Ofal pinking blade as a back up). Though the Kai shears are now better for my hands, it's good to have an extra pinking blade to rest my hand every now and then. Shipping is also very fast! My new Singer needles arrived in but a few days! A bit of suggestion: in the future, if the packaging can be made using used bubble wraps instead of a padded envelop, that would be great to reduce plastic consumption... Thanks a lot, Carrie, Icha”
