“I was surprised. This product is excellent, however, my first order was very late. I use gummy’s and this is so far proven to be at the top of my list. I am still experimenting. customer service is good on the first call, but on my complaint subsequently I had gotten no answer to my calls emails or left messages.”

“If I could give a Negative Star review I would.... My order took 5 1/2 weeks to arrive....yes 5 1/2 WEEKS for a few bars and one bottle of gummies....I called at least 30 times and no one would return my phone calls...I traded worthless e-mails with Sabrina...the customer service" rep...customer service...WHAT A JOKE....anyways...i cannot believe what a horrible experience this was....I kept being told my order would be sent but it took RELENTLESS e-mails to get my order....Shame on you Sabrina and whoever else saw my e-mails...I thought this would be a great company since the CEO is from Delta Extrax but obviously they have not worked on their customer service yet...you should be ashamed of avoiding my e-mails and phone calls and then sending the product 5 1/2 weeks later with not even an apology let alone a refund or gift card for next time....Next time Hah!!!”

“The small 4 gram white vapes are excellent, they do have a white button on the side and it is hard to find for me they need to make it a different color, and also put the strain on the vape so we can tell what we are vaping. Every vape is white with no identification for what it is on the unit itself. Just some suggestions that might help you and your distribution.”
