My order took 5 1/2 weeks to arrive....yes 5 1/2 WEEKS for a few bars and one bottle of gummies....I called at least 30 times and no one would return my phone calls...I traded worthless e-mails with Sabrina...the customer service" rep...customer service...WHAT A JOKE....anyways...i cannot believe what a horrible experience this was....I kept being told my order would be sent but it took RELENTLESS e-mails to get my order....Shame on you Sabrina and whoever else saw my e-mails...I thought this would be a great company since the CEO is from Delta Extrax but obviously they have not worked on their customer service yet...you should be ashamed of avoiding my e-mails and phone calls and then sending the product 5 1/2 weeks later with not even an apology let alone a refund or gift card for next time....Next time Hah!!!”
“I haven't had a great experience so far. I placed my order on 12/15 and recieved a confirmation email. On the 18th I recieved an email of completed order. I didn't recieve a shipping email. I tried emailing through the app and never recieved a response. Finally on the 26th I recieved shipment info but as of today I won't be receiving my order until the 4th. Not happy with how this company works. Think I'll stick to my others.”

“When I saw the ingredients on the back side of the box and saw that it has 6000mg of Delta 8 and only 24mg of THCA, I more than likely would not have bought this one. I do like the flavor however.”
“So far I have tried 2 different pen types, the newer disposable Blood Orange 2g amanita muscaria and the 1g disposable starter pack (older model with micro USB charging port) and have loved the feeling from a good 6-10 puffs. The only issue I have had is the oil pulling through the cart without vaporizing, resulting in a lot of loss. I would estimate I've lost a good 15-20% of each cart to this, and it makes pulling a bit of a chore later in the pen's life. I was hoping to get reusable batteries with carts, but they were not available at the time of purchase.
Hopefully the new carts that go with the Titan have a better design, but I would not recommend the disposable models to anyone that doesn't go through a cart in less than a week.”

I had hoped all the orders were handled expeditiously, but alas to no avail.
My second order was processed five days ago, period. It has not shipped to my knowledge and is not in transit. As such, I had to overpay at a local dispensary. I'm hoping this is isolated.”
