“Placed an order 28th August, was told there was a delay and it would ship 5th/6th September, chases for an update with no reply it’s not 9th September and I’ve heard nothing. Requested a refund.”
“It took 19 days for the delivery to come, very poor communication from your side. Also I have been promised a partial refund but I never received it. I tried chasing it but you don’t reply. At least the product is good quality.”
