"Excellent Crypto Recovery Service" I lost a significant amount of cryptocurrency in a scam, and I was devastated. Thankfully, I found Recovery Hacker 101, and they were able to help me recover my funds. Their team was professional, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend contacting them at recoveryhacker101[at]gmail[dot]com if you need help recovering lost cryptocurrency.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE THOUSANDS OF POUNDS If there was a 0 star, I would provide that. I have had extremely poor scammy experience with Five Counties Garden room, lost £8k and have no service, no room, just a bunch of lies and lost money. And I am not the only one, from my knowledge there are in excess of 40 families that I have learnt of in just the last 4 – 6 weeks and I am sure there are plenty more. As a background, I had spoken with Abbie around the same time I was speaking with a few other companies to get quotes for an office room in my garden, Abbie was well presentable and friendly, hence I bought the services with them in the first place. But their reluctance from the point of deposit payment to confirming a date etc, I found very distrusting. I made sure I followed up everything on email once spoken, for my records. I am so disgusted with Abbie and the fact that I let her in my home, where I had my mum and my little one, absolutely furious that scammers think it is ok to enter peoples homes, learn about our lives and then do us so dirty with the hard earned money. If anything these people are cowards, that they go after honest and good families. The worse part is that they pushed and pressured me to make online payments, instead of debit card payments and when I refused, they had a van with 2 contractors wait out my front door all day until I made the first payment, on top of the deposit already paid to even start works. I suspect most scammers know the lesser protection banks provide on online payments. They made excuses like their card machine was not working, everyone was making online payments etc. and pressured me so much into making online instant payments for the first instalment and now they are not even returning emails with refund requests, it is lost money because banks don't protect online payments and of course Scott Pearce and Abbie know this, why else would suddenly their card terminal break down or not work, why else would it be a hassle to take a debit card payment which also takes only seconds. I was coerced into paying, but in hopes of having my garden room done I did follow through and now I my money is gone. This company seems to have been running scams for nearly 18 - 20 months, and this is not their first time. I have now spoken to a few other companies in the area and all who know the MD Scott Pearce, and his predecessor as well as team of Abbie and Emily sadly being part of a well-known routine scamming business, that they start every few years under different names and scam people out of pocket for thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of pounds. Their contract paperwork is patchy, their pushiness for huge deposit and upfront (day 1 install payments) are all nothing short of scam because after these two big payments they literally stop turning up day 2 and nothing happens. Our garden room was promised to start on 1st July and finished by 5th July, however we are now in end of August and nothing has happened. They have erected an unsafe building in my garden with a toddler and pets, that my own garden has been rendered unusable during summer. It will cost me more to just get rid of the stuff. You do not want to work with these guys and be aware, they are changing names and popping new companies to continue this fraudulent behaviour. Be aware and do not work with any company that is not operational for at least 5 years, from my experience after this scam.

AVOID this company! We have held out on our review with a hope they would, as promised, put our build right or issue reimbursement to rectify. We have been working with them since May 2023 to design an annexe, for which we have planning permission. Having not undertaken this process before we discovered it would need to be under Building Regulations and Five Counties assured us that they would work with the authority to make it compliant. In fact, as the 'specialists' they should have understood and advised us on this themselves. The build started in December 2023, very little of it is actually passable and in a disgraceful state. The ceiling is not level, the plasterboards are poorly installed and incorrect, the door frames are not flush, the ceiling height is inaccurate...we are having to resort to wholesale changes simply to put this right. They keep pushing back correspondence, do not take any accountability, refuse to answer phone calls. They changed their email address without informing us. They changed their trading address on Companies House to a pub which does not reflect the 'office block' address on their website. This was shortly after I sent a recorded delivery letter to their previous address, which seems to be a residence. They are duplicating their instagram and Facebook accounts due to so many bad responses and comments. We have offered them to come and discuss this in person so many times and that has also been ignored. We have since sought the advice of trusted traders who report that the level of work is akin to a novice DIY'er. To add insult to injury they left waste on site, spoke to me in a derogatory manner and misled us. The pre-sales relationship is super diligent and friendly to lure you into a sale but have no intention of delivering a good service. They deliver empty promises and make countless excuses. This has hands down been the worst experience of our lives - they show no concern to their customers and the responsibility they hold for ruining people's dreams, lives and life-savings. We have paid close to £38k for a space that is unfinished and unusable. If they had any integrity they would be calling their customers to put his right. But they are cowboys and scammers. If you encounter this company, do not walk away...run!

Update 8 July: No further updates. No resolution and no effort from Five Counties to even try to resolve. £6000 out of pocket, big ugly concrete pad left in the garden and abandoned and court proceedings being prepared. New customers, use at your peril. I will update with progress regularly! Update 2 July: We agreed (perhaps against our better judgment) to give Five Counties one last chance. They promised to arrive on 1 July. True to form, we get an email on that morning to say very sorry, we wont be with you as their current job is running behind and we will call to discuss. The call never came. We called and left 2 voicemails yesterday. Weve called twice again today- no answer. We were promised a call back within the hour at 11...we didnt hear back and we called again at 3- no answer. I really wanted to believe that this time after all the times they'd let us down they'd come through on their latest promise, but nothing. We have now had to rescind the contract and made a formal demand for our deposit and ancillary losses. Original review: We initially made enquiries with Five Counties in February of this year to install a room that we could use as a gym for my post partum recovery and rehabilitation before i return to work in September. Initially, they were very helpful. They worked with us to produce a design we were really happy with, and we ended up paying the £6,000 (30%) in order to secure an installation date of 25 March. Unfortunately, once payment was made, it all went downhill. Our first date of 25 March was pushed back to 8 April. We accommodated this, even though this meant that we had to push back the hardscaping works to our garden (which included works to the access point that Five Counties would need to construct the garden room). Since then, our date has been pushed back multiple times by between 1 and 3 weeks - each time us being assured that this was the 'last time' and would not happen again. Each time this has impacted on our hardscaping works, which have been pushed back each time to accommodate Five Counties. Reasons provided ranged from bad weather, emergency annual leave and staff leaving. Each time they apologised and agreed to increasing sums of compensation to cover us for the inconvenience caused by the delay. Sometimes we had advance notice of the delay, other times we would be waiting in for people who just never showed up - only to be told by Five Counties afterwards that they were very sorry that no one would be with us. We were promised that the team would be with us on 11 June and would not leave until it was done. I made clear that if they did not turn up on 11 June, that we would terminate the contract. On 11 June I receive another message to say the team will not be with me on that day, but will be with me the following day. On 12 June, 2 guys showed up with an almost empty van (no materials inside, which struck me as odd given that they were apparently here to build a garden room!) and within literally 10 minutes of them arriving, we received an invoice for a further £6,000 from Five Counties, who continued to email/message/call numerous times over the course of the afternoon and evening chasing payment. It didnt sit right with us that we were being pressured to pay a further big chunk of cash when there was absolutely nothing tangible to see (either delivered goods or progress with the garden room). Once the concrete was poured, we were told that our works were further delayed until 1 July. The reasons are not completely clear - in the same phone call we were told they were ill and put on another job and wouldn't be able to start for another 3 weeks. What is apparent from other reviews is that the team who had been assigned to our job started a job with a much later initial start date of 29 April instead. This is disappointing and makes me doubt all the other reasons/excuses ive been given so far - have they just been going to jobs that are more convenient/more money for them? I have now terminated the contract and requested repayment of my deposit. I will update my review once i receive deposit monies back from them. In summary, i have found them great in terms of initial design/price (i.e. the bit before they take your money!), but everything after has just been awful and i really regret deciding to proceed with them. I hope that this is helpful. I really dont like writing poor reviews (especially for small businesses), but I really wouldnt want someone else to go through what we have over the last few months. Total waste of time and money and add8ng unnecessary stress to what has already been a very difficult postpartum period.

*** AVOID THIS COMPANY *** Will be sending progressive updates here: 13th Auguest (1 Star) I regret to inform you that despite my repeated attempts to communicate via calls and messages, there has been no response. I extended a deadline in good faith until August 9th for the completion of the internal works, but unfortunately, they have not been completed, and my messages have been ignored. During their last visit, they assured me they would return the following week to complete the internal work. Not only did they disappear after that, but I also began to uncover the shortcuts they had taken. The biggest concern is the foundation. I’m currently trying to find a chartered surveyor to conduct a full inspection, as I can’t afford to have a good-looking garden room that might collapse without warning. Additionally, there's no point in spending any more money to finish the internal works until these issues are resolved. 6th August (2 Star) I am back from holiday! Unfortunately, despite the team's agreement to complete the remaining internal work by August 9th, they've gone silent and aren't responding to messages. It looks like I might need to dip into my credit card to cover the costs and get the work finished. It's frustrating, but I'll figure out a way forward. 26th July (3 Star) Unfortunately, the downgrade to three-star internal finishes has not occurred. Plastering has been canceled twice, no date set for electrical and flooring work. I was hoping to have everything completed before my holiday. I will maintain this three-star review until I return. 26th to 30th June (5 Star) I have a few days of reviewing to catch up on. The main building is almost complete (Roof needs to be made water tight, and there a a few gaps around the edge of window and door that needs filling / adjusting), apart form that all that's left are the internal finishes and the bifold door. They're working round the clock to catch up with their backlog of orders and are apparently doubling their resources to speed up even more. With their high-quality work and competitive prices, it's no surprise they're attracting many customers. As I mentioned earlier, the only reason they've fallen behind on deliveries is due to a lack of resources, which they are now addressing. 25th June 2024 (5 star) I initially planned to give a five-star review once the construction was complete, but seeing how hard the boys are working in this scorching heat, I have to give them five stars now. The insulation was completed, and plasterboarding has begun. Everything is coming together nicely. 24th June 2024 (4.5 star) The walls and roof have been installed, and the insulation work has commenced. Everything is coming together nicely. Happy with the progress so far. Thanks a lot! 21st June 2024 (4.5 star) The foundation was laid yesterday, and thanks to the warm weather, it set quickly. The team is back on site today. It's encouraging to see a trainee team working alongside the boys, showing that the company is addressing their resource issues. The workmanship and quality have been top-notch so far, with Justin meticulously coaching the trainees. 20th June 2024 (4 star) Team has arrived on site and work progressig. Expecting foundation work to be completed today. How hard they are trying to recover the situation has warmed my heart. 19th June 2024 (3 star) Upgrading my stars to three. The team has arrived on site earlier than scheduled. Very good communication since early morning. I hope to end the week with at least a four star. The team are working hard to recover the situation which is much appreciated. 18th June 2024 (2 star) Updating my review from 1 star to 2 stars today. Around 1 PM yesterday, the boys arrived. Both were very professional and courteous about the situation, and they have begun the groundwork. Additionally, we received an email from the company director offering his apology and monetary compensation, which we appreciate. While there is still a lot of groundwork left to complete, hence the current score of 2 stars, we need to wait and see how timely the project progresses. I'm tempted to give them a score of 3, but I'll reserve that for later if they continue to meet expectations. 17th June 2024 (1 star): When I first engaged with Five Counties Garden Rooms in December 2023, I expected to leave an excellent review. The customer service team was very responsive and engaging, and we agreed on a start date of April 29th, 2024. However, the start date kept shifting due to various reasons, forcing us to put our lives on hold and live in a house full of boxes. Despite committing to a new start date of June 17th, they failed to begin the work as promised. I'll continue to post updates on their progress, hoping for a positive outcome.

I am so happy with my new garden room, I cannot wait to move all my stuff in there and have the office space that I so desperatly needed. My installation was moved by by a few weeks, this was of course disappointing but I did get some compensation witch was welcomed. The builders were a lovely bunch of guys super polite and just got stuck in and the girls in the office were also really lovely and helpful. I would recommend this company and I have done to one of my friends.

Quite honestly the worst experience we've ever had when working with a construction firm. We are over 2.5 months into what was promised to be a 10-day build of a very basic garden room, and the team at Five Counties have left us high and dry. Excuse after excuse, with their tradesmen (supposedly) constantly cancelling at the last minute - the whole experience has been an absolute nightmare and the single most stressful construction project we've ever undertaken. Nick the builder was great, the single positive from the whole experience. As mentioned in another review, fantastic service up until the build starts - but as soon as the payment installations are paid, it takes DAYS of constant chasing to get anything from them - even then their promised dates fall through - until they just don't reply at all. We've been as accommodating as possible, but it hasn't resulted in any progress. We are reporting Five Counties to Trading Standards and taking legal action to recoup our costs - we are left with a building site in our back garden & a half-finished room which is unusable and more than £20k out of pocket. It is difficult to put into words how stressful this has been - suffice to say I STRONGLY advise anyone against using their services. Absolute nightmare.

I have placed a deposit for my garden room in early June in 2023. Due to personal reason, I have cancelled my order within agreed cancellation days. They have written confirmation to agree my full deposit refunds. According to consumer rights law in UK, they must refund deposit within 14 days. However, after many complaints , I only got back half refund 2 months later in September. They are reluctant to provide me their company escalation contacts and do not provide me an exact payment date for remaining refund. I believe they have tried very hard to solve the problem. However, from customer point of view, your company internal problem should not affect your customers. Now, after 5 months, I am still waiting their full refund after multiple times refund promises and after my continuous complaints through email and phone call. I have reported my case to Trading Standards to keep track the company, which violate consumer rights law. I will keep update my status to them until problem resolved. I hope the problem can be resolved soonest, which is not good for your company development and shows weakness of financial status. Think twice before you order as you may expect the same situation or even worst. I will keep update status here. Update: I have not yet received my refund after 6 months, which they promised 1 week ago to refund me on 11 Dec 2023 . However , they once again lie to me. Please keep your promise to refund! Update 17 Jan 24: I have not yet received my refund after 7 months. They once again promise me to refund without any date. I expect I will not get back my refund. I have filed an investigation to their bank. Update 25 March 2024: I have not yet received my refund after 9 months. I am being promised again I will get refund in February and last Saturday. As expected, I get nothing. I am also being asked to remove this review for my refund. According to reviews.io, I can review the whole ordering process of the company no matter I have got their final product or not. Update 17 April 2024: I am being promised to be refunded multiple times again and as expected I did not get my refund. Now, I do not expect this company solve the problem in the situation with over 30 times from broken promises. Update: 9 May 2024: Once again , they do not refund and not dare to response to this post. They do not response to email , text message for final refund date. Update: 11 June 2024: One year passed. They assure me again that they will refund in weeks??? Again no final date provided and just continue cheating. It is not a trustworthy company. As you seen from other lengthy true reviews. It is a nightmare. Update: 5 July 2024: they agreed to refund by 8 July 2024, I still not yet get my refund now. Let see whether they will break the promise again. Update: 12 July 2024: As expected, promise broken. They haven’t refund me. The sales team does not reply any email and text messages. They held my money over a year without any reason. I found that there are many victims recently. Update: 5 Aug 2024: No effort and update from Five Counties to refund. No official email reply after sending over 30 emails. Staff resigned. Director does not help at all. What next ? I will keep update whether I can get refund finally. Good luck.

I'm I'm very pleased with the build that 5 Counties Garden Rooms have completed. The lads that completed the build was fantastic and a credit to the company. There was a few hick ups at start but was definitely worth it. Also any problems or just something you want to discuss they are very responsive and great to deal with. It's been a pleasure. Many thanks Lee

Sales process was very easy and super helpful in getting you to order - sadly that's where anything positive ends!! The installation was very hit & miss, the build quality good but the finishing horrendous - shocking internal plastering and a "couldn't care less" attitude from ALL after payment made. Wouldn't recommend.

Hi Mr/Mrs Ricci, Firstly, we would like to thank you for your custom, and your customer referral. Your friend/colleague is being installed currently, and is super pleased with the work. I am deeply saddened that you have found your experience disappointing. With regards to the plastering, we was unaware of any issues until you had notified us that you had already rectified the issue yourself. We can assure you we would have rectified this ourselves, if we had known you were unhappy. However, we take all positive and negative feedback on board and will always strive to improve every aspect of our service. Despite this, we do hope you are enjoying your new garden room and the new business premisses is serving you well. Many thanks, Five Counties Team

This company is fantastic. Their communication is top-notch, and the team they sent to install the room was brilliant. Not only were they a pleasure to have around, but they were also incredibly hardworking. Although there was a minor issue with the flooring, they promptly addressed it within just two days of being notified which was above and beyond. I can’t find any faults with their service and would highly recommend.
