“Ordered batch of 200 label pages, receive wonky cut labels, got in touch with customer service for replacement, got offered to adjust my template according to their sizes and a comment about that they can be 1mm difference than the provided size, but the difference was over 1mm and I have provided the proof. Got told by customer service that their size difference is definitely within 1mm. Time and money lost, and also caused significant delay to my client. Dont bother with this company, search for company with better customer service, who are unable to recognise their errors.”
