2023 s5 The product didn’t come with an o ring that the support staff blamed on me losing (another whole story support staff is an absolute joke) so I went and found a new replacement on a new in box one that a local friend had (he didn’t install it because of all the bad reviews but well I wanted to know for myself). Once installed the dump valve worked for a week then started throwing a code every time I get above 6 psi after working fine for 2 weeks. I cleared the code took it all apart to make sure it was all sealing properly and then ran it again down the same stretch of ride worked fine for about 4 pulls then again same code. I then thought maybe mine was messed up form the start so I took the spare one I now had sitting here and installed that one. Same code within 3 days then the code came more frequently. This product is a piece of trash just like their support definitely not worth 300 ish dollars. It’s junk. They claim it won’t cause issues but well it does. Put my diverter stock valve back on and guess what no codes. Their support staff is so bad that like my friend I’m not even going to attempt to send this trash back I’ll just eat the 300 and blast this terrible product any chance I get.

This Doesn't fit my '09 TTS, it's too big. I emailed Forge last week with the size figures and haven't heard back yet.

Dose not work in the car and the diverter valve cause boost pressure issues in the s3 8Y that i have .. horrible product.

I purchased a shifter knob for my sons Velosterfor Christmas and it does not fit properly. The design was made poorly.

Nobody ever answers the phone for sales, wholesale sales, or service. Can't get a simple question answered. Went ahead and ordered anyway, came missing hardware. You lazy fucks won't see a single cent more from me.

If it took Paypal 3 weeks to process your refund then the error is on their end and not ours. I usually love you guys but im disappointed with my most recent purchase. I bought a intake for my 17 focus st and I bought the one that said it was for my vehicle and year and all that. I got it and on install I noticed the breather hose wouldn't work because mine has a sensor on it and there is no directions on how to sort that out and stock one won't fit on your pipe. So I'm out of luck. And I can't return because I accidently damaged it on install. So I'm frustrated and disappointed.

Item failed to work out of box kept staying open cost bunch money for no reason installation and removal cost shipping for returns and now hopeing and waiting for a refund!! They made it si difficult to return as well saying its the car not the part when the car is brand new i just want my full refund! Already at loss of ton of money!!

i purchased a forge bov for my jetta and never got it in. i have filed a claim with fedex and forge and have yet to be reimbursed for my product. i am super disappointed with your guys customer service since no one has directly been in contact with me for updates about my claim.

Forge offered a universal intercooler for sale on their website. After taking my funds and awaiting shipment, I was advised that this intercooler is no longer being manufactured,, however it shows available through Forge in Britain. I feel that Forge could have done more to make this transaction happen, even to get one from their Britain warehouse in this instance.. I am very disappointed and just had higher expectations from a company like Forge.. I received an email and my funds were held for a week...

It is disappointing to see a customer write a negative review about a product that was not popular enough to continue selling an item for a vehicle that was never available in the United States. We try our best to update the site on a monthly basis but as humans even these small items can slip through the cracks. We understand that you were disappointed but reviews are how businesses like ours show are success. A negative review can hurt that business especially for something like this. A full refund has been issued to you and we hope that in the future to win back your business.

The part (FMACS60R) had to be modified four different ways for proper fit and function. The bracket was bent incorrectly, the holes were located incorrectly, the rod was bent incorrectly and the spring was too stiff. There was also very little grease inside the unit. I was appalled by the poor workmanship for something so expensive.

The package was delivered to my billing address and not the shipping address listed on my invoice. Very frustrating as the addresses are over a hundred miles apart.
