“Forge sells quality parts and especially for Mini. Appreciate that. The most recent order (turbo-intercooler charge hose), has not gone so well. A potential return hangs in the balance. We will see how that goes. I appreciate all the communication that has surrounded this hose situation - Hanna and Luke - good folks.”

“I would give 3.5 from 5 star. Fast shipping, solid looking product. But support team never responded back to my question I asked them week ago...”

“My shipment was sent with signature needed and I wasn't home. It then took 19 days for me to get the part from fed ex after they had tried to make initial delivery. I know it's not your fault but it sure made it inconvenient for me waiting for the part while my car was down”

“Had to pay for a replacement part that failed after 3 months of use. The new part works, but this should have been a free overnight warranty replacement. I had to order it to get quickly, because warranty is by email only.”

“Website says product "ready to ship!" But it's not. Was told it'll take 5 weeks due to being out of stock.”

I am sorry that you were unsatisfied with our listing. Unfortunately we do not have a Live Inventory system and while products maybe listed "In stock" or "Ready to ship" doesn't mean that they don't sell out quickly. Our team worked quickly once seeing your order to email you of the delay. Covid19 has placed many of our products on a longer lead time than normal and hope that you can understand that.
