Hi Remakantan, I'd like to personally apologise for the experience so far. We strive to provide the best service possible and get all orders out of our warehouse within 1-2 days. Hence this is absolutely unacceptable standards for us as well.
It seems Singapore to Malaysia shipments have been delayed due to the Easter holidays in Singapore and Hari Raya holidays in Malaysia and Singapore. However, communication with the courier service has been subpar as I've been trying to follow up for all orders. Moving forward, we're switching to another courier service provider as we're extremely disappointed with the delays from their end.
