“Great website, easy to use and product is great. My only negative comments would be the price. We got 4 pictures frames and it was well over $600. Pretty standard sizes not large frames and shipping was $50 to whangarei.”

“The frame is perfect! Goes with the pastel I got given wonderfully and it looks fantastic hanging on the wall using the hanging hardware it came with so that it sits flush to the wall. I will 100% use Frame Fox in the future. 10+ ❤️”

“Easy to enter details and organise frame as required. However no confirmation email received, even despite two online queries and one direct email. Communication received only once delivered. Expected better service for price paid.”

“I was delighted by the quality of the print and the framing by Framefox of an image that required all four sides of it to appear flush with inside of the frame etc. The print quality was above expectations !”

“I sent a digital photo of the photos my family used for our visa to come into Australia in 1970. It was a b/w image with a very young mother and father about to travel to unknown lands. Love the print of that day.”

“My new frame is beautiful and very well made. It came with all the bits you need. Be careful when you open the hanging information. I accidentally threw out the archival tape provided because I didn’t realise the kit would be so thorough and inclusive. Will definitely be ordering from these guys again.”
