Very hard to deal with in reality. While the delivery / courier service , packaging is very good & staff attentive, Twice I’ve bought items, had my order confirmed, my money taken only to be told a particular item isn’t actually in stock. Very frustrating !

Hi Martin, As your order is going to the UK, it can take up to 5 business days for it to arrive (sometimes slightly longer depending on Royal Mails processing time), as outlined when placing the order. At the time of your review it had only been 2 business days since it was ordered, and is currently just 4 business days since the order. I have emailed you the tracking number again, in case you didn't receive it initially. I have checked the status of your order and it is currently in the UK and awaiting delivery to you! I purchased a set of Braces for men. They were pricey, in fact I could have bought two pairs for the same amount of money. The price led me to believe that they were extra strong. I am bitterly disappointed with them. They are no better than ones I paid less than €25 for.

We have chosen Leyva as a brand due to the quality of the products they produce; their use of genuine leather and for the traditional manufacturing methods and craftsmanship processes used by Leyva. As a result, we share your frustration. It is extremely rare, however, from time to time there may be faulty items that manage to make their way through to shop floor unnoticed. Order placed on December 26. No shipping tracking number. No news since. No one responds to the email. Run away !

 We’re very sorry that you’ve had a bad experience with us. 
 We received your order on the 26th December, and fulfilled and sent out your order on the 27th (you would have received an email detailing it’s fulfillment). 
 Due to the time of year, between Christmas and New Years, it is possible that couriers will experience delays. Processing time is entirely out of our hands once handed over to the courier. 
 Throughout the Holiday season, our Customer Service team was somewhat weakened due to illness and of course due to holiday time which may have impacted our response time to your query, but we got back to you as soon as we possibly could. 
 We were glad to speak to you on multiple occasions before you initially placed your order to help you decide on size, but we apologise for being unable to respond to you quicker after you placed the order.
