“Hello, while I was satisfied with the ordering process and delivery I was somewhat dissappointed with the product. The buttons on the front of the jacket were loose and the button threading frayed with ends visible. I had to get the button threading reinforced at home. I am a big fan of Paul Smith products and I am wondering was this a seconds item or in stock for a long time. It was not worth returning for this trivial enough item but I felt the product was sub standard.”

“I was happy to find sneakers that other online shops did not have. But I am dissatisfied with shipment tracking because the only thing I cand find there is "we are getting it ready". It makes me worried because the goods must be delivered already in couple of days. So I am getting a feeling that it will not be done in time.”

“Happy with the product ordered but they sent the wrong colour and we only realised this when it was opened on Christmas Day which was disappointing.”

“Very prompt delivery of my order. But returns was difficult. Not set up for online returns. I had to pay the postage for the return which was not refunded”
