“I had tried solid deodorants before and not been happy with them. This system is really easy to load and nice to hold. The deodorant is really creamy and easy to apply and effective. Using once a day, a unit has lasted me 2 months, so economical too. The website is easy to use and communication when I needed to alter my order was quick and efficient. Highly recommend this product, good luck Matt.”

“I was a little apprehensive about trying out a natural deodorant but I’ve been very impressed. The smell of the deodorant is amazing, it glides on really well and it seems very effective. Also very pleased with the service and packaging too. It may seem a little expensive compared to other ‘plastic’ deodorants but it’s worth it to know I’m not contributing more to landfill. Well done Fussy for this great idea!”

“I approached using yet another natural deodorant with trepidation as to be honest I've not had much success, but the Fussy deodorant has been absolutely brilliant, the scents are gorgeous and I am fully confident knowing that it will last throughout the day. I love the reusable holder, it looks really cool, and doesn't contribute a ton of plastic to landfill. I'm feeling pretty good about myself if I'm honest!!”

“I switched from using my trusty old Mitchum to Fussy and although it's not an antiperspirant, Fussy actually worked better! Not quite sure how they've done that but my armpits are very happy.”

“I stopped using Wild because although it worked, my armpits used to get this creamy buildup after a full day which looks really gross. Unfortunately, Fussy deodorant is exactly the same, but also worse. The scents are really not to my taste, they’re all very herby. I really enjoyed the Wild scents. Also, the Fussy deodorant leaves me absolutely STINKING of BO after a full days use, whereas Wild never did that. So I will be discontinuing use and going back to my old faithful.”

Hi Lauren, I'm so sorry to hear that Fussy hasn't worked out for you. We have worked hard to ensure that our formula is effective for most armpits, but unfortunately, this won't be the case for everyone as every body is different. If you're new to natural deodorant, you could be experiencing the transition phase. This lasts 4-6 weeks as your body to detoxes and adjusts. This will be because the pores will be blocked with aluminium (used in most antiperspirants) and the body will be excreting it. Side effects will often include excess sweating and B.O., which sound like your experience. However, it's totally normal to experience this. You'll just need to give it a few weeks for your body to adjust. I hope this has been helpful and let us know if you have any other questions or feedback. It really is helpful as we continue to improve our products.

“I've really enjoyed my switch to Fussy. It feels amazing and smells incredible! I love the sun drunk tropical fragrance and I have have also enjoyed the wide eyed citrus. “This suits me better than any of the other eco deodorants I have tried - goes on smoothly, no irritation (even on freshly-shaved armpits), no mess and smells lovely. Best of all less BO than with anything I've ever worn (even including conventional antiperspirant/deodorants) - I won't be using anything else from this point onwards!”
