“Fussy Deodorant is great. It smells good but isn't overpowering, and is a good match for sensitive skin. Not to mention the case is beautiful and sleek. Definitely a product I will continue to use :)”

“Probably the most effective natural deodorant I've tried, and I've tried lots! Pleasant fragrances, great customer service. I like the ethics of the company. I left a competitor over their poor customer service. Glad to find Fussy, happy to give them my business!”

“Excellent natural deodorant. I've long struggled with hyperhidrosis and was using Mitchum before a friend recommended I give Fussy a go to cut down my single-use plastic use. And WOW, I'm so glad I did. Not had any issues with delivery or customer service, in fact the customer service was outstanding. I received a text from Matt to check everything was OK and he gave me some useful tips. Thanks Fussy, you've made this sweaty lady very happy.”

“The deodorant works fine. Their ability to run a subscription service and deliver items is terrible. I placed an order on 28/10/21 for a top up. My chosen product wasn't in stock. Fine, I'll order some different ones. Order doesn't arrive, these things happen it's annoying but OK. They offer to send another order, which also never arrives. I contact them again and they send me the tracking information for someone else's order, someone in Germany! I am in the UK and a little check would have spotted that. I'm given some excuse about warehouse screw ups and another order is on the way, apparently. During my multitude of contacts, I requested a refund, which was ignored. I have never been offered a discount, only empty words and i've been waiting 6 weeks for a subscription service to actually send me something, which is frankly ridiculous. So it seems when fussy get it right, they're great. The product is good. When things don't go right you'll sit with stinky armpits spending all your time writing emails to them and growing ever smellier with the rage sweats and the odour of extreme disappointment!”

Hi! We are sorry and extremely disappointed to read this. We have extremely high standards in terms of customer service at Fussy. Without you fulfilling our mission of banishing single-use plastic from the bathroom wouldn't be possible. Your experience falls way below the level of service we expect and we have already taken actions to ensure this does not happen again. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to improve and I can only hope one day we might tempt you back to Fussy.

“I tried Fussy after seeing an advert. I am really pleased with the product. I wanted to move away from products that contain aluminium, so Fussy provides that. Plus the scents I chose smell delicious and I feel I'm doing my bit in a small way. Not using anything else now ❤”

“I’ve used many other natural deodorant brands in the past and I have to say yours have been by far the best I have ever used. You don’t get the sticky feeling under your armpits or white marks and you literally stay fresh all day no matter what the weather. I’ve already converted a few family members and will continue to recommend to others. Amazing brand and outstanding customer service.”

“Quite simply it works, I'm a nurse and no way could I smell of BO, really love it, took maybe a week or so for my hairy pits to convert to natural deodorant... now I would say fussy has same effect as my chemical 48hour antiperspirant did. But one big difference its not harmful chemicals!”

“I've been incredibly happy with my fussy deodorant. It's super easy to use. I've currently got Sun Drunk in it and it smells amazing. I was prepared for a transition period as I wasn't using a natural deodorant before but I needn't have worried because I had no issues and smelt amazing from day 1!”
