Customer service was good.
The shoes I ordered did not meet the expectation that I had formed having owned Giesswein slipper before.
They looked quite cheap and felt flimsy.
I ordered on 26 May, returned them the day after I got them and today I have the notice of refund. That is good.
On balance, I gave three stars, average between 1 fir the product and 5 for customer service.

The mens sippers do not fit American feet very well. Even after returning to reorder a larger size they are tight. Still waiting on my return refund weeks later as well. Had to buy the replacement size separate from the return.

Ordered the wrong size slippers, but they made it easy to return them at no cost to me and processed the refund promptly. I am just waiting for my size to become available to reorder them in the correct size.
They were otherwise just what I was hoping for.

I had to return the first pair of slippers I purchased as they were a little small as I wanted to wear thick socks with them. I received the refund in record time. The replacement pair I purchased were the perfect size and I just love them. Very comfortable and warm, but don't make my feet sweat. Highly recommend - these are the first pair of slippers I've had in years and I'm very impressed with the brand!
