Great products. However, I tried to change my order 22 minutes after placing it but customer service told me it was not possible . So, I returned the item and this procedure was/is extremely slow. Already more than 1 week just to return the goods to Giesswein office and I have not received any confirmation that my goods are received or that I will be issued a refund .. The item was received by Giesswein last Thursday

It's the delivery and returns process that is so bad, which means that I won't reorder as I don't want to wait up to 3 weeks to receive a refund on the initial purchase.

I still haven't received the parcel. Evri appear to have delivered it to the wrong address and I'm waiting for either the parcel or a refund. Please phone me on 07881 581124

Its not worth the expense to return for a refund, as living in Australia means I have to pay full international shipping on returns.

Parcel has not arrived. After contacting their help department I received nothing but false information that it was taking longer in customs than expected - I could clearly see on the tracking this was not the case. Requests for a refund or a new item to be sent were ignored. Would advise not to use. An expensive mistake

Customer service was good. The shoes I ordered did not meet the expectation that I had formed having owned Giesswein slipper before. They looked quite cheap and felt flimsy. I ordered on 26 May, returned them the day after I got them and today I have the notice of refund. That is good. On balance, I gave three stars, average between 1 fir the product and 5 for customer service.

These trainers look great but after I’d bought them I saw reviews online that talked about a sharp edge over the Achilles tendon. It’s a design flaw and you must address it. I wore mine for the first time yesterday - with socks, but it was still a problem even after only a few steps. I’d ask for a refund but I’ve worn them already. I’m looking at wasted money.

I ordered a pair of men’s slippers, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. Using the return label I duly returned them to a UK Giesswein address. I didn’t wait for my refund but ordered the correct size. It has now been at least five weeks and I am still yet to see my refund. The return system does not work in the UK !

Late delivery (DHL), the product does not look as displayed online and still waiting for refund. Also no clear area on website to register the return.
