While the product is well made your returns system is below par. I returned the clogs - order no. GWUK124126 / invoice number 15185298 on 29/02/25. No acknowledgement from you, and no positive outcome for your " customer". Each process has been antediluvian and barely dot for 2025.

Order 2 different pairs of shoes in the same size. One pair fits fine, but the other pair is ridiculously narrow. When a shoe maker uses different lasts that influences the fit, a heads up would be nice to avoid returns.

Excellent product quality. Prompt delivery and no delay in refund for part of the order which had to be returned because of uncomfortable fit.

The mens sippers do not fit American feet very well. Even after returning to reorder a larger size they are tight. Still waiting on my return refund weeks later as well. Had to buy the replacement size separate from the return.

Ordered the wrong size slippers, but they made it easy to return them at no cost to me and processed the refund promptly. I am just waiting for my size to become available to reorder them in the correct size. They were otherwise just what I was hoping for.
