Bought these exceptionally comfortable boots for my wife, worried as she could be funny over her feet & boots. Result over the moon with them, certainly comfy & a perfect fit, thank you very much for quality at a reasonable price!

For a slipper of this price and caliber, they should have all-natural insoles (cork, wool (with no polyester) and leather, etc).

Three stars only because slippers in this price range should have a soft insole. The foot bed is form fitting which is nice with some arch support but just a glued on felt insole with no cushion.Some sort of foam insole is needed for comfort right out of the box.

Its not worth the expense to return for a refund, as living in Australia means I have to pay full international shipping on returns.

Trying to return goods, but emails being ignored as obviously my request to have a returns label posted to me is not understood. I do not have a printer to print off my own label and a returns label was not included in the delivery package.

Einfach toll wie ihr das macht und wie schnell das alles ging - eigentlich wollte ich rote Merino Socken, ich hatte aber das Set 1 ausgewählt statt 2. Bin etwas zu müde grad um das zurückzuschicken - sehr lieb von euch, für all diese Möglichkeiten. Top Service und ganz nette Leute am Telefon.
