Three stars only because slippers in this price range should have a soft insole. The foot bed is form fitting which is nice with some arch support but just a glued on felt insole with no cushion.Some sort of foam insole is needed for comfort right out of the box.

Slippers are easy to wear and you need to wear socks for first few days to avoid blisters. They are comfortable, light weight and keep your feet warm. Touch screen gloves work fine when using my mobile phone and keeps me warm. Delivery by Giesswein was fast and efficient, it took a little bit longer but purchase was made during black friday sales where deliveries may take a few more days, this is understandable.

Trying to return goods, but emails being ignored as obviously my request to have a returns label posted to me is not understood. I do not have a printer to print off my own label and a returns label was not included in the delivery package.

Parcel has not arrived. After contacting their help department I received nothing but false information that it was taking longer in customs than expected - I could clearly see on the tracking this was not the case. Requests for a refund or a new item to be sent were ignored. Would advise not to use. An expensive mistake

Customer service was good.
The shoes I ordered did not meet the expectation that I had formed having owned Giesswein slipper before.
They looked quite cheap and felt flimsy.
I ordered on 26 May, returned them the day after I got them and today I have the notice of refund. That is good.
On balance, I gave three stars, average between 1 fir the product and 5 for customer service.
