I had to return first pair of slippers (for my mother) but that was just about getting the correct rise. The return was easy and the replacement order was well liked. I would definitely use this service/supplier again. Only thing holding back 5 stars was delivery time but I wasn’t in a hurry and I’ve no idea where they were being shipped from so it is possible the delivery time was actually very good. Who knows?

It's the delivery and returns process that is so bad, which means that I won't reorder as I don't want to wait up to 3 weeks to receive a refund on the initial purchase.

Its not worth the expense to return for a refund, as living in Australia means I have to pay full international shipping on returns.

Trying to return goods, but emails being ignored as obviously my request to have a returns label posted to me is not understood. I do not have a printer to print off my own label and a returns label was not included in the delivery package.
