For a slipper of this price and caliber, they should have all-natural insoles (cork, wool (with no polyester) and leather, etc).

Three stars only because slippers in this price range should have a soft insole. The foot bed is form fitting which is nice with some arch support but just a glued on felt insole with no cushion.Some sort of foam insole is needed for comfort right out of the box.

Nice slippers, nothing special. Thought the back would be a little higher to hold foot better. I purchased them for the quality materials used and the on sale price.

Very happy with the wool trainers (this is my third or fourth pair) and the lovely soft, warm blanket. Not so happy with the courier leaving the large, damaged box in front of my door on a rainy night in full view of passers by. It's too high value for delivery to be treated in this way.

Its not worth the expense to return for a refund, as living in Australia means I have to pay full international shipping on returns.

Trying to return goods, but emails being ignored as obviously my request to have a returns label posted to me is not understood. I do not have a printer to print off my own label and a returns label was not included in the delivery package.

You do not send returns label with product. Many people do not have access to a printer so do not know how to return goods.When contacted the team were not helpful at all.Very frustrating.Also returns time info confusing.

Parcel has not arrived. After contacting their help department I received nothing but false information that it was taking longer in customs than expected - I could clearly see on the tracking this was not the case. Requests for a refund or a new item to be sent were ignored. Would advise not to use. An expensive mistake

Customer service was good. The shoes I ordered did not meet the expectation that I had formed having owned Giesswein slipper before. They looked quite cheap and felt flimsy. I ordered on 26 May, returned them the day after I got them and today I have the notice of refund. That is good. On balance, I gave three stars, average between 1 fir the product and 5 for customer service.
