Love these slippers! I saw they were highly recommended, but I resisted buying because of the price. After several more pairs of too hot, too sweaty, too hard to wash slippers, I finally gave in a bought a pair. These truly are the best slippers ever!!! I will only buy these for me and my family going forward. I wish they had kids sizes.

to me by my Podiatrist. From day one of wearing them from when I received them to now, they have made a huge difference to my feet. They are very light and very comfortable, you forget you are wearing them sometimes. You wouldn’t think that they were made from merino wool. Great company, quick delivery and free too, which was a bonus. Thoroughly recommend them.

Trying to return goods, but emails being ignored as obviously my request to have a returns label posted to me is not understood. I do not have a printer to print off my own label and a returns label was not included in the delivery package.

Great products. However, I tried to change my order 22 minutes after placing it but customer service told me it was not possible . So, I returned the item and this procedure was/is extremely slow. Already more than 1 week just to return the goods to Giesswein office and I have not received any confirmation that my goods are received or that I will be issued a refund .. The item was received by Giesswein last Thursday
