Love these slippers! I saw they were highly recommended, but I resisted buying because of the price. After several more pairs of too hot, too sweaty, too hard to wash slippers, I finally gave in a bought a pair. These truly are the best slippers ever!!! I will only buy these for me and my family going forward. I wish they had kids sizes.

Delivery to Australia was lightning fast and arrived just in time for winter! The wool is so soft and warm enough to wear without socks, but I still prefer with socks as they get a little sweaty without.

Walking shoes look and feel good wen walking in the neighborhood . Delivery was quick. I have at the moment no time to make a real long walking in the nature! Have to wait for a holiday. But as said the shoes feel good on my feet.

Shoes were oversized by one size, I bought a uk size 8 equivalent but they are the same size as a uk 9, they fit okay a little long, but other reviews of poor returns experience has put me off swapping them.

It's the delivery and returns process that is so bad, which means that I won't reorder as I don't want to wait up to 3 weeks to receive a refund on the initial purchase.

Its not worth the expense to return for a refund, as living in Australia means I have to pay full international shipping on returns.

Great products. However, I tried to change my order 22 minutes after placing it but customer service told me it was not possible . So, I returned the item and this procedure was/is extremely slow. Already more than 1 week just to return the goods to Giesswein office and I have not received any confirmation that my goods are received or that I will be issued a refund .. The item was received by Giesswein last Thursday
