“Service client génial, j’ai déjà eu besoin d’eux 2 fois et ils m’ont rapidement solutionné les problèmes, me renvoyant les éléments gratuitement sans discuter. C’est très sérieux de leur part. Les prix sont un peu plus élevés que la concurrence mais la qualité des produits est indiscutable, il y a toujours un petit « plus » comme par exemple les pochettes de transport et le service client est exemplaire.”

“The equipment is fantastic. I've been practicing calisthenics regularly for some years and have used equipment from a variety of companies. My first purchase six months ago from Gornation was the rings, followed by the present items (pull-up bar, parallettes and bands). Every piece of equipment is top notch. The only tiny feedback I would have (if I get very specific) is the powedercoat paint on the bar could be a little more uniform. It's smoother on some parts and coarser on others. Other than that, I did have an issue with the shipping to Finland. DHL did not deliver the parcel to my house, but to a shop 3km away from where I live. On top of that, they did not notify me as to where it was, nor could I get in touch with anyone at the company for assistance. I was able to find the location of my parcels almost by luck. Althought I think highly of Gornation products, this incident would certainly make me hesitant in puchasing from you again, as I would be weary of a similar shipping experience.
