“I bought the liquid chalk, it does what its supposed to do but the flameable ingredients makes me abit insecure about if its good or not ti put on the hands. Also when i workout outside and bring my children with me makes me think i should have maybe bought just regular chalk. I say this becuse i might have to move my children around while training and having the liquid chalk ok my hand. I still love gornation”

Hi, thank you for your review and feedback. Our chalk has significantly less alcohol than other liquid chalks. That's why ours doesn't smell as strongly of alcohol as others. “Great quality! The rings are great, so versatile, and the mini parallettes are so sturdy and well made. My Gornation gear catches the eyes of my friends when they visit me, everyone wants to get some reps in when they see it 😂 My wrists get a lot of volume from yoga and the weaker one gets fussy, so I used to avoid push day because it was a negative experience, but now I can do ring dips, extra ROM pushups, pike pushups, L-sits, etc without any wrist limitations. I hate dumbell rows for some reason and would often skip horizontal pulling, but now I can do body rows with the rings no bad attitude no excuses. I haven't had the gear that long but it's so well made I feel like I'll never need to replace it. Highly recommend rings to everyone as you can train your entire upper body with only rings and somewhere to hang them, and parallettes to anyone with a wrist injury or who trains with a lot of volume on the wrists, making wrist conditioning a limiting factor to your progress”

“Hatte mir ein Dip Belt mit Daisy Chain und Handkrafttrainer gekauft. Leider ist mir der Dip Belt zu groß, aber ich habe es mir passend gemacht ;). Funktioniert alles Top. Hatte schon in der Vergangenheit Ringe, Paralettes in zwei Größen, Wrist Wrap, Elbow sleeves und Fingertrainer bei Gornation gekauft. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und unterstütze gerne Gornation. Sie bringen die Calisthenics Community Weltweit zusammen. Ich bin froh dabei zu sein 💪🏽”
