“Very poor customer service I had accident on 22/2/24 non fault by a lorry from Europe police attended phoned got you covered they got my car recovered from home was taken into storage they did not provide me with curtesy car even I am full covered got you covered Instructed legal firm call lemonad they said they were dealing with my case on Friday 23/2/24 I phoned legal firm to ask them about my case and hire car they told me not speak to the third party and they are sorting it out in they would call me in the afternoon in phoned them in the afternoon they said they couldn't take my case on and was given a phone number they said this was my insurance company I should speak to them I spoke to my insurance company and they are saying that my car should have never been taken off me that the recovery firm want release my car until they get paid and the person I was Speaking told me that they want pay them they shouldn't have taken your car but non of this is my fault they were instructed by got you cover I have 2 year child no car this can gone for a while between the insurance and recovery who's going to pay at the same time I instructed by legal firm not to talk to third party the third party phoned me on Friday 23/2/24 they wanted to deal with the claim because following instructions from the legal firm I was the details of the legal firm to third party this again is going to delay was case because legal firm doesn't want to deal with my case I've never seen such a cowboy company”
“If only there were minus stars,not only did this company rip me off,but they then mis sold me the insurance, didn't change the insurance to the correct insurance despite me calling and paying an admin fee to do so and resulted in no cover when I had an accident. Please don't insure with this company,they will use every loophole/excuse not to pay out if you get in an accident...believe me”
