DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Very bad services! I paid the insurance and they want to cancel. When I told them I have paid they said sorry the sistem was blocked. Everything is fine they said. Ok but I spend 45 minutes for them to answer the phone. I can believe this company is expensive and they are not good for nothing!

Absolute robbing b*****ds tried to cancel policy due to car being scrapped and they’ve told me “look at the policy as a loan you still have to pay till the end of the policy plus a £50 cancellation fee” wtf is this company on never in my 30+ years of driving has this ever been the procedure, they should be ashamed!!!

These insurance brokers seemed ok at first, and sorted out cover for my rental portfolio. The problem came when I had to make a claim. The insurance company they put me with are fighting tooth and nail to avoid paying out, and I have found that the reviews given to them are almost all one star. I feel that a good insurance broker should check the insurers carefully before placing clients on cover with them. Will be looking for different brokers on renewal.

Terrible company. They take your money initially but then don't answer the phone if you need to make changes to the policy later. They just leave you on hold for hours. Avoid this company.

Awful....on hold for over 40 mins and when the call is eventually answered they dont speak and put the phone down. There's no online option so you HAVE to speak to somebody and you WILL be on hold for a long time. Avoid.

I took the Insurance out early January this year, I have been trying to get hold of them urgently for weeks with no one answering the emails or the phone.

Worst company ever, i have been trying to contact for the last couple of weeks to cancel my policy, no success, i try a minimum of 4 times a day, they put me on hold for hours then line disconnected. I emailed them, they said will get in touch with me, but they haven't.

The worst company ever!! I’ve been on the phone for the last two day to renew my insurance and I’ve been on the phone for over an hour on two encounter! Absolutely awful and customer service are no help either!!! They say they will put you on hold or either call you back, but you hear nothing back!!! Joke of a company!

Worse costumer service . Was waiting on the phone for over 45min to change a address . Definitely not renewing my policy with them . Tired of paying money for insurances in this country and get a poor service. You go to third world countries and their costumer service is better than here.

I’d give these a -10 star if I could absolute jokers they do not honour the price comparison site quote they will add on when they feel like it. Won’t get back to you when you contact them the worst insurance company by a million miles iv ever dealt with stay away

This company is shocking do not use. They doubled my quote on comparison site. I wanted to cancel the policy within the 14 day period. You can not get through to them I've waited over an hour on multiple occasions. I have also tried to press 1 for callback they never call back. I have also emailed them twice with no reply.

Rude people on the phone, give you a quote and then when you call back nobody gets back to you. Finally got through and price no longer available. sound like a bunch of sharks.

Awful, the price they tried to quote me over the phone was double what the price comparison website was saying. The lad on the phone had no professionalism also. Stay well clear of this awful company who bait you in with cheap comparison prices.
