“The worse company, I paid for rental insurance and they never credited my account with the management company and they were charging me a penalty of $15 every month because they never honored my rental insurance and I had the proof. It was a nightmare to get in touch with them and they will take forever to even respond to my emails. Don’t use this company, is the worse insurance company.”

“AVOID, AVOID,AVOID. After making an error when comparing prices, the three points, nor the repair to my chipped screen I declared did not transpose on to my enquiry. Consequently, when I sent all my documents through for checking over in good faith, my insurance increased from the initial £499.50 to a whopping extra £515.00, totalling £1014.50!! If this is how they make their money, they can keep there offerings for next year. Pure bandits, and to the family members who must be writing the other reviews on here, I hope you made a few pounds on the back of them!”
