“purchased this as im a type 1 diabetic and find that no matter what cereal i eat i always have a spike in my bloods. Ate this for 3 days now n no spikes have occured and it actually tastes really nice (i purchased both choc and coconut flavour and have with almond milk) and 1 serving is more than enough for breakfast, Only downfall is theres not more flavours to try”

“Surprisingly tasty! As a long-term follower of low-carb diets, having access to such a quick breakfast option reminds me of being a kid (or college student) again. I’ve only tried the Cinnamon flavour due to other positive reviews, but will be trying others. Only suggestion I’d make is to move away from soy products if possible — as a guy, I’ve been warned about the effect of high levels of phytoestrogens (present in soy) on male physiology. I’ve been having it twice, maximum three times a week to play it safe.”

“I love this cereal! I'm following a keto diet and it's perfect as a meal or as a snack in the evening with or without unsweetened almond milk. My favourite is the coconut, I could eat it all day! Plus ordering is easy and the delivery arrived on time even though I accidentally put the wrong post code!”

“This is very good, at first I wasn't sure about the texture when chewing. It does get a little used to but I discovered that I was using hot milk. This is best enjoyed with cold milk and surprisingly for me it helped me take almond milk again. I have never been keen on Almond Milk. Grandma Crunch Chocolate with Almold Milk?, a match made in heaven, sorry I mean in the lab 😅. Think about it though, 14G of protein in 30g of cereal? Way better than any protein bar, have never liked the taste of them.”

“My boyfriend bought these for me during an extremely strict diet for medical reasons, no gluten, no wheat, no refined sugar, no yeast and certain veg. I really struggled with not being able to eat anything sweet and Grandma Crunch saved the day, this cereal made me so happy as it was something I could eat!! Thank you!! Also as someone that has ADHD, I recently found out that refined sugars and carbs in general aren’t good for me as it gives me a spike in quick release energy, which I don’t need! So this cereal doesn’t spike me sugar levels - AMAZING!! Cannot praise this enough.”

“I love cinnamon and I am always on the lookout for healthy options. Grandma Crunch satisfies both. It is tasty, satisfying (I do not need to snack before lunch) and breakfast has become my favourite meal of the day. I enjoy it with half of a chopped banana.... yum yum”
