“Fatty, greasy feeling on the outside. Does not get softer the longer it sits in milk. Extremely hard and crunchy - louder than other cereals. After one bowl's worth, I gave my other boxes away. Bleh.”

“Before I ordered, I read comments; half of them were bad, and I couldn't believe it. After I tried I can confirm that they are not good and were worse with the milk. I tasted each pack and threw them away, even my friends didn't like them. I'm glad I ordered 4 packs only, I wanted to order them for 100 euros because I wasn't sure if I'm able to order them again.”

“Horrible experience, I had to pay customs even though there is no customs between Holland and Greece. I sent 2 emails to ask where my package was and no one replied. No point in writing this comment as no one will respond”

“Never arrived. Placed an order for Grandma Crunch on 01/03/24 as I wanted to compare them against ELEAT and Surreal. Over 2 weeks later and several email to the company and they’ve still not arrived. They replied saying it can take up to 10 “working” days and to get back to them after that time has passed. After 10 days tracking still showed it hadn’t been received by UK carrier, yet they refused to start looking into it. Only after 14 did they state they’ve started an investigation. So for me, if you’re a UK buyer, I’d have to say don’t bother! Not even sure why these are advised here in the UK as they’re being shipped from abroad.”

“Absolutely vile taste ....impossible to chew .left with jaw ache after 2 mouthfuls. 4 boxes bought ...In the bin where they belong .how this rubbish has been allowed on the market fir human consumption is beyond me .dry dog biscuits”

“I bought the Keto cereal, and I bought the strawberry, cocoa, salted caramel and peanut butter brownie. Only the peanut butter one was edible. Flavor wise, they tasted pretty okay actually, and the initial texture is crunchy, which I like. The problem, which I could not get over, was that after a few bites you are left with a cardboard like texture and an awful aftertaste which makes you reevaluate your life decisions. I had to throw away 3 boxes after eating 40~ 60g of cereal of each, simply because I could not bring myself to eat them again. That said, the peanut butter brownie is actually edible. Somehow I don't mind the aftertaste too much, and the initial flavor is good. Overall really disappointed and will not buy again.”

“I emailed this 6 days ago and have bot yet recieved a response. Hello there, I received an order this week of the grandma crunch cereal. I usually order surreal, which I love, but was enticed by your product from a Facebook add. I'm not happy with the grandma crunch cereal. I have tried one bowl of the strawberry and one bowl of the peanut butter. It is bland and tasteless and therefore would like to get a refund. Kind regards Huw Goodman”

“Poor aftertaste after eating this cereal and the flavors taste very artificial. We had high hopes for this product but it’s not at all like “magic spoon” which is available in the USA. I wrote to the company asking how to return the product but they did not reply.”

“I tried 4 flavours. The one with pea protein is more or less okay, but the other ones are disgusting. You can’t eat then by themselves or with milk. I can’t understand how cab someone sell something that tastes SO BAD. I want my money back.”
